The two petty criminals Bomber and Paganini team up for a robbery that is not authorized by their gang of crooks. After cracking the safe, they get into a heated argument and end up in the hospital. Bomber loses his eyesight, Paganini is henceforth paralyzed. However, their severe disabilities do not change the fact that the two crooks have never liked each other. However, since the two squabblers are expelled from their former gang after the robbery, they are inevitably bound to each other. At first, they find shelter with Bomber's mother, who dies of a heart attack shortly thereafter. Then, when the house is foreclosed on, chronic misfortune seems inevitable. They plan a vendetta against their former bandit colleagues, hoping not only for satisfaction but also for a handsome sum of money. The outcome of their coup is uncertain.
