Alfie is a delicate, somewhat timid boy with light blond hair, round glasses and a mysterious origin. He was abandoned on the Vriends' doorstep as a baby. He quickly found a place not only in the family, but also in their hearts. Tomorrow, the boy will be seven years old. His adoptive parents and beloved stepbrother Timmie are in the middle of birthday preparations when something unusual happens. At midnight sharp, Alfie wakes up and notices how he suddenly changes. Looking in the mirror, he is startled to discover that his body is now adorned with pointed ears and soft fur and that he has actually turned into a little werewolf.
