Saara practices as a gynecologist in Helsinki. The elegant, good-looking woman is friendly and outgoing. But like the fresh snow that has fallen on Helsinki, it's hard to know what's really hiding beneath Saara's shiny surface. In Saara's case, her exhibited self-confidence hides a strong predisposition to jealousy. She has recently discovered that her husband Leo is having an affair with a young student. Tuuli, the girl's name, works part-time at a martial arts studio. When Saara tries to find out more about her rival, she ends up unknowingly joining Tuuli's self-defense group. Bit by bit Saara creeps into Tuuli's life; bit by bit she gains her trust, her friendship. In a mixture of coincidence and intention, an intimate relationship develops between the two, with Saara relying entirely on her intuition. In part she lies, in other matters she tells the truth. On the one hand she manipulates Tuuli, on the other she gives herself over to feelings she has never known before. And just as she has managed to avoid arousing Tuuli's suspicions with the help of a false name, she is able to mislead her husband with the help of a fictitious lover. Saara has managed to turn the tables. But at the same time she has set something in motion over which she is now losing control. And it is not long before Tuuli, Leo and herself, as well as Leo's sister and her husband, are swept away in a maelstrom of jealousy and revenge.
