London's police force needs a thorough image makeover. Chief Constable Richard Miller has found just the woman for the job: Liz Garvey, a new media star with a TED Talk under her belt, ex head of PR at Instagram, has the vision and determination to change things at the biggest and oldest police force in the world. She has barely arrived when several people are shot dead on London's streets. An armed special unit is deployed to corner the perpetrator. In fact, Liz Garvey is now called upon to communicate the ensuing siege to the public. The private security company, Securamax, calls in the police to assist with a prison riot as some of their guards have been taken hostage. This is the ideal opportunity for the head of PR for the London police, Liz Garvey, to draw attention to the privatization of guards in prisons and other police functions. Because of this, there is tension between police and privatization advocates in City Hall. Vice Mayor Grant Delgado sharply attacks Police Chief Richard Miller at a committee meeting. The detention center is stormed by police and everything is filmed live. The police stand as saviors. Liz and her colleague Finn, who got together for this operation, are satisfied. However, their quarrels are still not completely settled. Warwick is called in to see Liz about the operation in which he shot a man. She wants to post the video on the web to demonstrate transparency of police work to the public. Unfortunately, they forget to pixelate Warwick's face, and so the victim's relatives put a bounty on his head. Warwick's nerves are on edge and his colleagues Tony and Banjo are worried about him. Robbie has to join the baton squad on his last day storming the prison. A chase ensues with a fugitive who beats Robbie up. Matt, a documentary filmmaker, films it all. Robbie is pissed off at Matt for not helping him. Matt's plan to accompany Robbie on his first shooting lessons in the new squad probably comes to nothing ...
