As usual, Pipì, Pupù and Rosemary are starving for food when they chance upon a hedgehogs’ wedding banquet. After having introduced themselves, they are invited to sit down at the long table and can eat all they want. In the meantime, however, a fox has also joined the wedding guests and she confesses to our trio that the only reason she is here is to eat some of those very tasty wedding guests as soon as the dance is over. Pipì, Pupù and Rosemary hurry to convince the hedgehogs to keep dancing without interruption, until the fox, overcome with boredom or fatigue, falls asleep. The next morning the hedgehogs have fled, of course, and when the fox wakes up she only finds Pipì, Pupù and Rosemary who mock her for having fallen asleep. They say their goodbyes and continue their journey, searching for Mapà, leaving behind the drymouthed fox.
