The two globetrotting mice Emily and Alexander go to their cousin Renaud in France this time. The first "Tour de France" is taking place there, and at the same time the cycling-loving mice are organizing the "Tour de Maus". First of all, the mice help the father of Renaud's human friend Olivier Bonnidé: he absolutely has to win the Tour de France because he has debts.
