Fred Delmare

Fred Delmare (24.4.1922-1.5.2009): The actor, who was only 1.60 metres tall, became known at the theatre, but above all for his roles in more than 200 films. During his 50-year career, he played roles such as Pippig in "Naked Among Wolves", the tyre dealer Saft in "The Legend of Paul and Paula" and Enno Kluge in "Everyone Dies Alone". Delmare became one of the most popular film actors in the GDR at the latest with these roles.
